This is a serious Yoga training program, we discourage
the non-serious Yoga learners to register for this program, and for them we
have different itineraries.
Day 01- Arrive Delhi and transfer to hotel, overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02- In time transfer to the railway station to board train for
Haridwar. Upon arrival transfer to Rishikesh. Informal meeting with the Yoga
instructor.
Day free to know the like-minded people of the group. Lunch and dinner at
the hotel.
Day 03:
0630-0730: Introduction to Yoga.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Lectures on Introduction to Yogic principals.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: History of Yoga, Patanjali Yogic Sutras.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1630: Yogic management of common diseases.
1700-1800: Yogic Physiology.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04:
0630-0730: Introduction to Pawanmukta-I Groups of Asana.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Lectures on Introduction to Yogic principals.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Introduction to Yoga Nidra.(psychic sleep or yogic sleep)
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1600: Introduction to Antar Mauna.(inner silence- meditation technique)
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05:
0630-0730: Introduction to Pawanmukta-II Groups of Asana.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Lectures on Yogic management of diseases.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1600: Antar Mauna.
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06:
0630-0730: Introduction to Shatkarmas (the six cleansing processes).
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Lectures on Shatkarmas and its importance.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1600: Antar Mauna.
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: 
0630-0730: Practice of Shatkarmas like Neti and Kunjal Kriya etc.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Interactive lectures for participants importance of Yoga in modern
life.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1630: Antar Mauna.
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08:
0630-0730: Introduction to Pawanmukta-III Groups of Asana.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: personal time with the instructor to overcome specific problems
faced by the participants.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1630: Antar Mauna.
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09:
0630-0730: Practice of Laghu-Shankhaprakshalana one of the Shatkarmas.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Rest for the participants as it is necessary after the practice
of Shatkarma.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1630: Antar Mauna.
1700-1800: Singing of devotional songs.
2000-2100: Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10:
0630-0730: Practice of Asana.
0730-0830: Breakfast.
0830-1030: Review of the Asana learned during the program.
1030-1100: Tea Break.
1100-1300: Yoga Nidra.
1330-1430: Buffet Lunch.
Day free for personal activities, evening visit Holy River "Ganges"
to see the "Ganga Arati" prayers being offered to the river. Dinner
along with campfire, overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Practice of Asana and Meditation. Breakfast, tea, Buffet Lunch,
informal discussion with the Instructor about the Yoga practices learned during
the program .Rest of the day free, pack your bags for return to Delhi. In time
transfer to Haridwar Railway station to board Delhi bound train. Upon arrival
transfer to the airport to catch flight for onward/return journey.
Although we try to follow the time schedule of the program but it is subject
