| Oct 11 : DELHI
Arrive Delhi. On arrival the group will be met and greeted by our representative and shall be safely transferred to the hotel. Overnight at hotel. |

| Oct 12 : DELHI Morning city tour of New Delhi covering Birla Temple, India gate, Parliament area, Government buildings, Lotus Temple, ISKON. Overnight at hotel. |

| Oct 13: DELHI - HARIDWAR - RAIWALA (0655 - 1122) Morning transfer to station to catch Shatabadi Express to Haridwar. On arrival transfer to the institute . Arrive and distribution of accommodation. Afternoon is to be spent on briefing for the "Ayurveda Symposium week", invocation prayers to be done in the traditional way, which will bring the positive energies for the students and the teacher. |

| Oct 14 - Oct 20 : Ayurveda Symposium week.Topics to be covered The daily schedule during the Symposium week will be as follows. 0630-0730 Practice of Yoga and short meditation. 0800-0845 Breakfast 0900-1030 Ayurveda Session 1100-1230 Ayurveda Session 1300 Lunch 1430-1600 Ayurveda Session 1630-1800 Ayurveda Session 1930 Dinner 2030-2130 Informal gathering/ Cultural program / Musical Show etc. |

| Oct 21: RAIWALA - RISHIKESH After breakfast drive to Rishikesh. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit to Ashrams, some of which are internationally recognized as center of Philosophical studies, Yoga and Meditation. Also visiting the bathing Ghats of Ganges to witness the "Ganga Arati"; offering of prayers to the holy river. Some of the Ashrams to be visited during the tour: Shivananda Ashram- Divine Life society,Parmarth Niketan Ahsram and Swargashram. |

| Oct 22 : RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR - AGRA (0600-1700) Transfer to Haridwar station to board train for Agra. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay. |

| Oct 23 : AGRA - DELHI (4 hours) Early morning visit the magnificent world famous "Taj Mahal" & massive Agra Fort. After breakfast Drive back to Delhi. Farewell dinner an Indian restaurant with traditional Indian music. Later transfer to the International Airport to board the flight back home. |

| Cost for the above itinerary would be: Using 3/4 star hotels in Delhi and Agra.During Ayurveda symposium, basic & clean accommodation would be provided free for the participants but if desired, accommodation could be provided at nearby hotel on actual charges basic. | ||||||
